The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be defined in proposals, agreements, or service contracts established with our clients.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments must be made according to the agreed proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

  • Retainers and ongoing services may be billed in advance of each billing cycle.

  • Late payments may result in service delays, suspension, or termination of services.

4. Refund Policy

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful collaboration, clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary information, materials, and approvals required to complete projects.

  • Respond to communication and feedback requests in a timely manner.

  • Understand that marketing outcomes may depend on factors outside our direct control (such as platform algorithms, market conditions, or third-party tools).

6. Intellectual Property

All concepts, drafts, strategies, and marketing materials remain the property of Turboroas until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use final deliverables for their agreed business purposes.

Turboroas reserves the right to display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Turboroas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

We do not guarantee specific results such as revenue growth, lead volume, advertising performance, or search rankings, as these outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice.

If services are terminated, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and agree not to disclose sensitive data to third parties without consent, except when required by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of Estonia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
