Refund policy

At Turboroas , we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services, strategy development, and consulting solutions. Because our work involves strategic planning, creative deliverables, and time-based consulting, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy as outlined below.


1. No Returns on Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing and consulting services, all services provided are non-returnable. Once strategy work, campaign setup, consulting hours, or deliverables have begun, they cannot be reversed or “returned.”


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund only under the following conditions:

  • A written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase or payment.

  • No marketing work, research, campaign setup, or consulting has been started.

  • No strategy sessions, reports, consultations, or campaign reviews have been scheduled or completed.

Partial refunds may be offered if work has begun but is not yet fully completed. Refunds in these cases will be based on the unused portion of the service, minus any administrative or platform costs.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • A project, campaign setup, or strategy has already been partially or fully delivered.

  • Delays occur due to client inaction, missed approvals, or lack of required access.

  • A client changes their mind after work has already started.

  • Results do not meet expectations without prior agreement on scope or deliverables.


4. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

For recurring services (such as marketing retainers, ad management, or ongoing consulting), you may cancel at any time.

However, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for work already completed during the current billing period.

  • Description of the issue or reason for the refund request
